macaroons maniac...

Yesza...sekarang nie ramai sangat orang duk cakap2 pasal macaroons. if tahun lepas, famous ngan cupcake, then chocolate, pastu sekarang macaroons lak! so..agak2 lepas nie apa pula ye? hurmm..well...as usual lia memang suka sangat2 kat macaroons ni.1st time dapat buat macaroons masa lia menjalani latihan industri masa semester 4 dulu...ketika praktikal di Royale Chulan Hotel. My sifu iaitu Chef huzaimi yang ajar lia macam mana nak wat macaroons..tapi time tue lia berani tengok jerlah..nak buat memang tak berani. hehe. bukan nya aper, nak wat macaroons nie leceh and no wonderlah if ada yang jual sampai RM2 sebijik ya. oh yer, did u know how macaroons looks a like?  no? if dunno, check this out!

finally, thanx god coz alia dapat jgk belajar wat macaroon nie! 

well, alia mmg suka belajar anything pasal dessert nie..

macaroons nie dessert org french..(right me if wrong info)

n normally, diaorg makan mende nie time high tea @ minum petang..

alaa, macam..kalau kita nie org melayu, petang2 makan kuih-muih or biskut krakers cicah kopi kan?

aa..n org french nie makan macaroons lah....cicah ngn tea or kopi.

macaroon nie if korunk search kat web pakcik google, mcm2 ada...

ada warna hitam, kuning, merah, pink, biru, hijau... n mcm2 lah!

ikut suka hatilah nak letak warna aper2 pun kan..hehe.

n then kat tengah dia tue kita bubuh buttercream yang telah diletak flavor..

nak flavor aper2 pun leh, such flavor strawberry, orange, chocolate, coffee, n etc..

macaroons nie tahan lama jika disimpan dalam freezer.

n dun eva2 put on chiller, nnt macaroons akan jadik lembik! tak sedap! lemau...

if nak guna, keluarkan dripada freezer, paipkan buttercream, then just letak at room temperature k. 

jgn mandai2 lak letak dalam chiller.

k,lah....sampai sinie dulu...next update another dessert lak k!
