1st class advance hotel cookery (sem3)

Seperti yang dijanjikan sebelum nie, tuk posting kali nie lia nak cite la sikit experience 1st time kelas kitchen tuk semester 3 nie which is kelas kitchen advance hotel cookery. Dalam kelas nie aper yang lia belajar adalah lebih commercial sikit sebabnyer aper yang kitaorang masak akan dimakan oleh guest2 yang datang tuk kelas practical bagi subjek restaurant operation...lebih kurang macam dalam rancangan "hell kitchen" yang kat astro tue.hehehehe....n tuk semester nie chef yang mengajar tuk subjek advance hotel cookery nie adalah CHEF SHAKIR.k,la malas nak tulis banyak2~ tengok jer la  pic yang lia uploadkan nie...hehehe.
